Compact and reliable, the Caterlite Vacuum Pack Machine is the ideal light duty appliance for sealing small volumes of food, either for storage or sous vide/microwave cooking.

Suitable for use in small cafes, restaurants or even the home, the Caterlite works by quickly removing air then sealing embossed vacuum pack bags using a powerful 110 Watt motor. This not only makes food infusions easy - it also helps to extend the lifespan of food, reducing food waste.

Simple top-mounted controls make operation effortless - choose from either vacuum sealing or seal only - there's no need for a separate sealing machine. And as the Caterlite can vacuum seal up to nine litres per minute, you can quickly seal multiple bags.
