Featuring a 4 litre stainless steel bowl with two large serrated blades, the VCM-41 cuts through ingredients with speed and precision to process up to 1.5 litres per batch. Accepting all raw, cooked, dry or liquid consistencies, the mixer can prepare anything from sauces and soups to purees and pates.

The 550W motor delivers a single speed of 1500rpm and a handy pulse function when short bursts of power are required, while Hallde's patented four-arm scraper system improves consistency - the scrapers prevent food from getting stuck on the inside of the bowl and lid, moving it back towards the blades for efficient mixing.

A simple control knob offers an easier alternative to buttons, making the VCM-41 incredibly easy to use by all kitchen staff. Designed with integrated carry handles, it's lightweight enough to be moved around the kitchen for easy countertop positioning, wherever you need it.
