The grill features independently controlled, accurate temperature settings and digital timers for each side to ensure you'll always get consistent results.

The flat cast iron griddle plate maximises contact between the heat and the food to ensure consistent results whilst speeding-up cooking to help keep queues down. As all the plates are made from cast iron they retain more heat for longer. This means that recovery times are greatly reduced - so that's less time waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached.
