Thanks to rapid heat-up and generously-sized grilling surfaces, the HOST half-ribbed double contact grill is ideal for professional kitchens. It features independently controlled, accurate temperature settings and digital timers for each side - providing consistent results every time.

The grill features both a flat and ribbed plate that provide excellent cooking flexibility. The flat cast iron griddle plate maximises contact between the heat and the food to ensure consistent results, whilst speeding-up cooking. On the ribbed side, grease and fat is channelled away from your food, helping promote healthier dishes and provide attractive branding lines.

The cast iron plates retain more heat for longer, which greatly reduces time waiting to reach cooking temperatures.
