The Moffat roll-under hot cupboard is a high performance under counter mobile hot cupboard with sliding doors, designed to complement the innovative Moffat drop-in counter modules.

The hot cupboard is both compact and high capacity, neatly sliding under the drop-in type bain-marie and hot tops, providing vital additional hot storage capacity. Plates and dishes can be held warm ready for service, or hot food for replenishing the servery counter units above.
