Inside the sanitiser chamber there is a removable plastic knives holder, so you can load up the cabinet to maximise efficiency. Simply load, set the timer (at least one hour) and shut the door - there's no need for turning or rotating the contents - every part is hygienically cleaned. Its mercury vapour lamp features wire screen protection for added safety.

The Sirman UV steriliser is made from AISI430 stainless steel with a smoked plexiglass door. A safety microswitch switches the UV lamps on when the door is opened and switches them off when it is closed.
