Easily monitor the temperature of professional fridges, freezers and blast chillers with the Hygiplas digital fridge freezer thermometer. With its extra-long three metre cable, the thermometer allows you to position the probe wherever it's needed, whilst allowing a clear view of the digital temperature readout without having to open any doors.

With a magnetic back and a handy stand, you can easily put the probe in a highly visible position - whether that's directly on the fridge door or sat neatly on top. The Hygiplas thermometer also allows you to set temperature alarms, immediately notifying you if temperatures get too high or low - potentially saving a huge amount of food waste and disappointed guests. The thermometer is calibrated as standard and can also read both external (kitchen) and internal (refrigeration) temperatures - just press the button to adjust which temperature is displayed.
