The slanted cooking surface provides a selection of different cooking temperatures, and enables excess grease to travel into the grease gutter/drip pan, both of which are removable for easy cleaning. The IRB-24 boasts heavy duty, cast iron top grates which provide pleasant char-broiler markings, and an insulated cooktop to lower your energy costs.
