A multifunctional and mobile piece of food storage equipment, the Victor Ambassador HotKold Service Trolley combines the functionality of three different kitchen appliances and combines them into a single comprehensive unit. Using a top-mounted bain marie for gentle warming of foods from curries to gravy, a hot cupboard to store plates or plated meals and a chilled/ambient cupboard for non-heated items, this trolley would be especially suited for healthcare as well as hotels, holiday and event catering where an extensive and varied menu is expected. Eutectic plates and gastronorm pans are sold separately.
