This means you get an exceptionally even heat distribution throughout the base and walls of the pan which eliminates hot-spots and reduces food waste - a much more advanced solution in comparison to traditional single-metal pan designs.

The high capacity Vogue pan can be used almost anywhere. Whether it's going in the oven or on the induction hob, it's easy to position thanks to the built-in sturdy handles.
