At Ustad Home, we take great pride in years of experience in the design, manufacturing and sales of home products.

Most of our items ship from directly from production and warehouse facility in UK, USA, POLAND, GERMANY and CHINA so please allow 2-7 working days for domestic delivery and 7-14 days for Europe and International delivery. 

Ustad Home cooperates with a number of different carriers. The carrier in charge of your delivery may therefore vary. Deliveries are made to your chosen address. If no one is home, we can arrange for the carriers to leave the goods at your doorstep (this is not recommended, as you will not have a receipt in case of missing parts or damage). Alternatively, the carriers can leave a telephone number for you to call, in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Note: All deliveries at your doorstep without a receipt will be at your own risk.

 

When receiving the goods we kindly ask you to check the entire shipment for missing- or defective parts. Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 14 days.

Ustad Home Removals & Transport, a professional and fully insured London-based removals and delivery service.

We specialise in small and medium home moves, flat and room relocations, student moves, furniture collection and delivery, marketplace purchases, luggage transport and other careful point-to-point deliveries.

We provide the appropriate transport setup for each job — from smaller vehicle moves through to commercial vans for larger furniture and flat relocations. Solo and two-person assistance can also be arranged depending on the size and lifting requirements of the move.

Your belongings are handled carefully from collection to delivery. Moving blankets, securing straps and protective equipment are used as standard.
