Overhead lighting illuminates the three adjustable chilled shelves, which along with the 4/1 base area are cooled using new hydrocarbon refrigeration that reduces running costs and environmental waste as well. A featured rear door grants round the clock access to you and your staff without any interruption to customer flow. Temperature can be both altered and securely locked through a gantry level control panel, and additional features such as removable plates and a water evaporator for the well area all contribute towards a seamless operation with minimal maintenance needs.
