Unlike other high-power burners with a loud roar, this tabletop wok burner employs a patented `flower head' to disperse the sound and evenly distribute the heat at the base of the wok. Spreading the heat eliminates the common wok `hot spot', enabling faster and more even heat penetration, ensuring reliable throughput without the need for specialised training.
