Featuring a 3 litre stainless steel bowl with serrated knife blades for high performance and lasting sharpness, the VCB-32 processes up to 1.4 litres of ingredients per batch. Accepting all raw, cooked, dry or liquid consistencies, the blender can prepare anything from sauces and soups to dressings, purees, pates and aromatic butters.

A high torque 1kW motor offers a choice of 1450rpm or 2650rpm speeds to suit a variety of ingredients and textures. It also has a pulse function for even greater versatility, and Hallde's patented three-arm scraper system to improve consistency - scrapers keep the lid and sides of the bowl clean, moving ingredients towards the blades for efficient processing.

A simple control knob offers an easier alternative to buttons, making the VCB-32 incredibly easy to use by all kitchen staff. Designed with integrated carry handles, it's lightweight enough to be moved around the kitchen for easy countertop positioning, wherever you need it.
