Its adjustable 30°C to 90°C temperature control allows for precision and consistency for extensive periods of time and includes overheat protection with a simple reset function.

With an impressive 21-litre capacity and supplied with two 1/3rd size and two 1/6th size gastronorm pans (150mm deep), lids included, this HOST Bain Marie is perfect for use with large batches of pre-cooked food. Its stainless steel construction provides excellent durability while a front-mounted water drainage tap allows for quick and easy cleaning, saving time after service.
