Powered by a Busch 4 m³/h vacuum pump, this countertop appliance extracts air from bags or vacuum containers filled with food, then seals them airtight. By removing oxygen, the shelf life of food can be extended up to 2 to 4 times.

The Sammic vacuum sealer uses a sensor to control the vacuum level, which helps to prevent food texture being damaged during the bagging process. The delicate nature of the sealing also makes it easier to pack liquids and more fragile foods. Plus, a strong double-sealing bar ensures a tight, leak-proof seal every time. For ease of use, the control panel is equipped with a display indicating the exact vacuum percentage.

Both the body and the vacuum chamber of the SE-204 are constructed from high-quality stainless steel. The cover is made of highly durable transparent polycarbonate with machine polished edges. For maintenance, the machine has a pump drying programme, which allows for it to be kept in an optimal condition.
