• Please check the HEPA filter's color to relief your concern on whether the machine is purifying the air. The unused filter inside is completely white.
• It may a little bit smells at the first use, as it's carbon based, and it will disappear after several hours usage.

 

• Please take out the plastic bag of HEPA filter inside the purifier before running it, or you will hear a humming sound.
• The filter should be replaced every 6 monthes to ensure best results. (it's depending on surroungding enviroments ).
• The Replacement filter is active. Easily obtainable under 25 dollars with the replacement filter (Search for: B07KY5WZVQ).
