The Tormek knife sharpener is both easy to set up and use, providing a great way significantly reduce the amount of time spent sharpening knives without compromise. Designed to sharpen most standard kitchen knives, the Tormek can sharpen knives which are 14-60mm (9/16"-23/8") wide with a thickness of maximum 3.5mm.
